Your training begins with a 4-week online pre-training course, followed by an 8-day hands-on training at our Home Office in Aberdeen, SD. You will discover how to run every aspect of your business: marketing, sales, accounting, hiring, profitability, and everything in between. After training, you will be assigned a coach from our Office group and you will work one on one with them for your very first 12 weeks.
